Pedro Santiago is a musician, music producer and soundtrack composer for Film, Television and Visual arts. Born in Paris and raised in S˜ão Paulo, he incorporates the strong influence of these two metropolises in his work.

He has a degree in music at Santa Marcelina University in São Paulo and works between the USA, Europe and Brazil.

For the last six years has dedicated his work to Black uprising projects with talented directors and artists. Empowered by his personal heritage and encouraged by his Father and Aunt both recognized Black professors and documentarists.

His portfolio encompasses twelve feature films,three TV series, more than twenty-one short films, many with national and international awards. Pedro is three times awarded for best original soundtrack at Brasilia International Film Festival,Taquary Short Film Festivaland Guarnicê Cinema Festival. 

In the Visual Arts field, has worked with renowned artists such as Jaime Laureano and Aline Motta.

Pedro Santiago has his soundtracks displayed in Film Festivals such as; Locarno, Berlinale, Doc Leipzig, Doc Barcelona, Festival de Biarritz Amérique Latine (best movie), Austin Film Festival and others.
